it's nice to raise the issue, and nice to analyze it to get to the main points that makes the whole problem, and makes us wonder whether we are better men el nas beto3 el ma3ahd or not.
let me tell u something from my experience of teaching at belad el FCI. it's an issue that drives all who love FCI, and love the career you can get from it to be Angry. bas feeling that bad about the issue we el narfaza mesh hat7el el mawdoo3, you have to calm down and think wisely about how u can re-attract people's interest in FCI. we el ghlat elly el Dr.s and the TA's do at FCI, enohom sa3at beydareso bas, mesh bey7abebo el nas fel Courses and let them know what they can do with it, and how they can use it to satisfy their passions and needs. as long as we are missing this we are not moving fwd.
Nice topic with nice analysis, keep on writing, talking with ur pals, discussing point of views, but keep away from frustration, it's no good and doesn't help in anything except feeling depressed :D

and Learning them that Technology or tools alone is not enough to be Good
